  • What happens to your data?

When a user submits an account deletion request, the app permanently deletes the account and all associated personal data attached to it. Deletion requests are acknowledged and completed within 24 hrs.

How to Delete the App & Account From Your Phone

Open your mobile app and sign in to your account.

Go to Profile or Settings.

Select Account & Go to Subscriptions.

Select “Read 21 Jumpstart.”

Select “Cancel Subscription.”

Confirm Cancellation request and wait for the confirmation message or email.
